To most, I probably don't need an introduction, but I guess I should show you the courtesy anyway. For the better part of the last three years, WAX has been my main focus. I served as a strong pillar to the community, always just a DM away to charge head-on into burning buildings. My heart belongs to the community and ecosystem. Fostering its growth and health is my main incitement in pursuing a seat in the OIG. I'm an IT professional, developer, project-/team lead, and consultant. Looking back on 25+ years of experience in IT. After spending 7 long years in crypto advising and evaluating projects and companies I know the ins and outs of what makes a great idea. I strive to contribute to the guild evaluation process to make it (even more) transparent and objective, by specifying rating criteria more precisely. Thus allowing guilds to better estimate their scores in advance. But also pushing forward with a WAX constitution tailored to WAX. I want to bring the OIG and rating on-chain where it should be. And try to automize processes further where ever viable. Being an elected member of the OIG would allow me to contribute even more of my time to WAX than I have over the past years. .
